All American Landscape Supply Inc. provides a “best-effort” to offer quality landscape products, punctual & responsive delivery services, customer pick-up assistance, value-add expert landscape advice and suggestions, and the content of this website is accurate and helpful.

Convenience Fee

Our products have the lowest price possible with the least expenses and smallest profit margin. Instead of raising prices to include credit card processing costs, we apply a Convenience Fee to cover the credit processing expenses for those that use credit and debit cards.

The 4% Convenience Fee is applied when using a credit card or debit card to pay online or at our point-of-sales register at our store. We accept all the major credit cards (including AMEX, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard). The Convenience Fee will apply to each transaction amount when using a credit or debit card. To avoid paying a Convenience Fee, you may pay in cash or by check by visiting our store at 6675 46th Avenue N. St. Petersburg, Fl. 33709 . Products

All our landscape supply products are sold either in prepackaged or bags or loose bulk by the cubic yard or by 5-gallon buckets. We deliver only landscape material sold in bulk by the yard, and all other products require customer pick up. Refunds with a restocking fee may be applicable for products that remain in our yard or undelivered products that stay in our dump trunks.

Quality of Products Sold in Bulk

We visual inspect to accept or reject products from our suppliers to ensure consistency in color, texture with the least amount of defects, debris, or damage possible. We sell loose bulk landscape material products with the understanding that there are variations.

Our products have different attributes, such as color groups with a blend of colors, size, texture, geometry, and other variations that occur in nature. Quality products are defined to include these attributes to give our products unique characteristics and natural beauty to complement and enhance plant beds and the outside environments.

Delivery

Our goal is to deliver your order within 3 business days after we receive the order. This delivery time is dependent on the current inventory of the product in our yard, demand for the product at our store, delays in our suppliers’ deliveries, and where your order is in the queue of deliveries. Order received first are delivered first on a first-in-first-out basis.

Delivery costs are based on zip code and weight of material and quantity. For more details regarding delivery cost, read the We Delivery webpage.

We will attempt to dump the delivery as near as possible to the customer’s desired spot. We dump deliveries within the property or in front of it. All deliveries are at the customer’s risk only. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for damages resulting from deliveries.

Customer Pick up

We will direct you to where to park your vehicle. For purchased bagged or prepackage products, you may load your vehicle at your convenience. For loose bulk products purchased, we load your open-bed truck or trailer with our loader. You can do the loading yourself for loose bulk products purchased by the 5-gallon buckets, and we will count.

Professional Suggestions

We will provide free value-add suggestions as part of our service in advice, tips, expert opinions, recommendations, and information based on our expertise and 30 years of experience. Our suggestions instruct you of possibilities, different approaches, popular ways of doing things, and opinions. We provide these suggestions only for you to make your own decisions to determine the landscape you want.

Online Product Orders

For the online order to be delivered, we will call you ahead for the approximate day and time of delivery and the preferred dump spot. For orders for bulk products to be delivered that may also contain products marked as customer pick up, those products will not be delivered or charged any delivery fee, and available for pick up at our store at your convenience.

All online customer pick-ups orders will be ready for pick-up when you receive an email the order is processed and a call from us to retrieve the purchased items.
